"Color continues to play a strong creative role in high-end collections through semi-precious stones such as topaz, tourmaline and lemon citrine, precious stones such as sapphires, rubies or emeralds, or naturally colored diamonds in rare blues and fancy pinks or yellows. Nature-oriented designs, such as flower brooches and star fish shapes, are quite popular at the moment, says Robey, and designers also have been picking up on a lot of feminine inspirations and turning them into art deco and Renaissance styles."
