You all now know a lot about me, but now I'd like to know a little about you out there. This survey is super short - probably take you about a minute to answer, maybe less.

Here are the specifics and legal-stuff:

The winner will be notified by email within 10 days of the final date of the drawing, and the winner will have 10 days after notification to reply in order to receive the prize. Creative Weblogs (and that includes me) will not be responsible for any "lost" emails or technical problems that may occur.
