Fight Jewelry Tarnish
One of the bans of loving jewelry is that nasty thing called tarnish. Even if you have very little to no silver jewelry in your collection, eventually, you'll notice your precious metal jewelry turning darker and darker. There are a few ways to fight this. One, of course, is to keep jewelry items in a zip lock bag, but ickk..not real attractive. However, there are a few products available designed to fight off tarnish. Intercept Jewelry & Silver Care Company specializes in fighting tarnish:

Jewelry made out of precious metals like silver, gold, and copper can tarnish very easily. Recognizing tarnishing as being a serious problem, particularly with silver, jewelry manufacturers worldwide are searching for solutions to keep the jewelry they produce clean and sparkling. As a result, international jewelry producers have identified that the Intercept Technology™ anti tarnish products offer the best protection.

"Corrosive gases are prevalent in the environment, which means that silver items and other precious metals like copper and bronze quickly become corroded or tarnished," explains Marc Rothenberg from Intercept Silver & Jewelry Care Co. This tarnishing environment can be a real problem for jewelry manufacturers who need to ensure their products are delivered to their clients sparkling and tarnish free.

Several years ago, Lucent Technology/Bell Labs invented Intercept Technology™ when they were attempting to solve issues they were experiencing with tarnishing and corrosionlinks. Recognizing a wider application for jewelry, anti tarnish strips, anti tarnish tabs, and anti-tarnish pouches, became available for manufacturers of jewelry made with precious metals.

"Around the world, jewelry manufacturers are purchasing our anti tarnish products to protect their jewelry pieces right from the moment of production. Our Intercept Technology™ anti tarnish strips, tabs, pouches and boxes, contain reactive materials that react with corrosive gases that contact the film, and because our tabs, strips and other products are non-abrasive, many prominent jewelry manufacturers require Intercept Technology™," explains Marc Rothenberg from Intercept Silver & Jewelry Care Co.

In addition to being highly effective, Intercept Technology™ polymers are non-toxic, non-abrasive and environmentally friendly. Intercept does not emit any chemicals or oils and does not leave deposits on the items it protects. Precious metals and gemstones as soft as opals, emeralds and amber are safe when in contact with Intercept™.
