This is a tragedy plain and simple. The danger of lead in jewelry products has been known for years yet in the name of lower prices (here's the irony--for a luxury product) there are those who will risk others. I do applaud A + A Global for their immediate response, but this stuff should be checked at the source and should not be made in the first place. My question to A & A is what do you intend to do with the pieces you recieve back ? Are they going to be destroyed or are they going to be re-sold in a country that does not have the consumer protection that we have in the USA.
