Target is one of the few discount stores I can stand to shop in. Yes, they are big and obnoxious, especially this time of year. Really, though, just about any store is going to be a challenge for those of us who hate crowds. But, one thing that's nice about Target is that they have a pretty good selection, both quality and price-wise, of just about everything. Plus, their web site is pretty darn good too for those who just can't stand to drag themselves into a store about now.

While doing some virtual shopping on their site, I saw a number of well-priced items for the jewelry lover:

• Acrylic Jewelry Box - While doing a search of " jewelry box," this little cutie showed up, and it's on sale for $14.99.

• NHJ Wristwatch Television - They had a good selection of men's watches. This one is a television and goes for about $100.

• Pearl Post Earrings - If you have any women on your list who don't have a pair of pearl post earring, then you must buy them a pair. These are 5mm with 14kt posts and are about $17.
