Allen and William's parents, Howard and Kiena Pung, opened the doors to their wholesale gemstone business, CPS Gems, in 1979. Kiena's remarkable affinity for business affairs coupled with Howard's gem expertise allowed CPS Gems to blossom into one of Los Angeles' leading dealers.
