Too Hot Jewelry

Now it's all legal like and up for auction by the Phoenix police.
Yes, that's right. Some of this jewelry was stolen at some point. Some, however, was just bought with blood money - no biggie.
From Surprise your Valentine with stolen jewelry:
Phoenix police have authorized the auction of stolen jewelry this Saturday - just in time for Valentine's Day. Auction spokeswoman Jacque Weiner said the gift of stolen jewelry can spice up any relationship.
[...] Doors will open at 9 a.m. at Auction Systems Auctioneers & Appraisers, where nearly 800 lots will be auctioned to the highest bidders starting at 10 a.m. An auction catalog is available at www.auctionANDappraise.com.
Weiner said bidding on some items will start at $10. She said the most expensive item will probably be a 10-karat
men's watch from Benny & Co. that has been appraised at $16,900. Weiner said this item will probably be sold for less than $5,000.She said the discount prices should erase any stigma associated with police auction jewelry linked to the criminal underworld.
"The savings will take away any blemish," she said.
Besides the Benny & Co. watch, items on sale include jewelry in platinum, gold and silver, and diamonds in nearly every size, shape and color. Costume and fashion jewelry will also be auctioned, along with vintage pocket watches and art deco pieces.
You can view and even bid on some of this hot jewelry at Auction Systems. Here are a few more pieces I found on their site.
